Focus on Nature For Educators

Focus on Nature is a film and education initiative that represents the exciting intersection of science instruction and media production for Pre-K – 12 learners. In this program created especially for educators, catch a sneak preview of two films from JBFC's Focus on Nature series and explore how these documentaries can be used as powerful teaching tools. Each week features a screening, reflection, and discussion led by JBFC programming or education staff. This season, please join us for the following films:

This powerful film odyssey across America explores the sea change in our national attitude from pride in big dams as engineering wonders to the growing awareness that our own future is bound to the life and health of our rivers.
