Dun dun dun...

The scene entrance is a horrifying music score allowing the viewer to realize that danger is approaching. When listening to the opening scene and the visual of the bridge panning out, the viewer gets a feeling in the pit of their stomach that danger is upon Horton. He states, "It's just a straight plummet to a certain death" as the image of what seems to be a never-ending pit of doom is shown from a bird’s eye view. As Horton wobbles the wooden posts to check for security it is almost certain that they are extremely loose and this bridge should not be crossed! The last bit where the creaky slabs of wood are stepped on bulges where he is standing and dips much lower than the rest of the bridge. The characters voice sounds unsure of himself as he talks it up aloud to how it is okay to cross the bridge and it must be safe.
