The Way We Grow

In Baraka's film there are many similar elements, motions, colors, and such. The red sliver of a waning moon is seen with a white contrast that can later be compared to the full moon with some white light shining in the background within a red framing, The white also related to the white outfits of the people dancing in circular motions in relation to the moon. Other motions included the swaying and up and down motions of the leaves which related to the movement of the bell being rung as well as the people jumping up and down. The sticks that the people held related to the rope as well. Red was present as well in the outfits of the people who were in the jumping scenes.
